About the role: 
- Full time
- Based at our Hawera campus
- All training provided

Responsibilities: 
- Provide practical and psychological support for our learners
- Keep them engaged and enthusiastic throughout the learning process
- Be their key point of contact during their time studying with Learner Me 

​

You will need: 
- Experience with pastoral care beneficial
- Passion for nurturing potential in others
- An empathetic and approachable demeanour
- Adult learning or counselling qualifications beneficial 
- Understanding of manaakitanga
- Affiliations with local iwi beneficial
- Proficiency with Te Reo beneficial
- Very high standards of integrity
